Please bring a mat, I do have few spare if it is your first time.
Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Bring something warm for relaxation.
Yoga is best practiced with an empty stomach, please allow 2-3 hours after eating before coming to class.
Please keep well hydrated before and after the class (it is best not to drink water during practice).
We practise yoga barefoot.
Please ensure that mobile phones are switched off during class times.

Hatha Yoga - follow a sequence of yoga poses holding them for a period of time, moving in a controlled flow through postures. A short relaxation takes place at the end of the class.
